• "AS IS" SERVICE: BizIntegral LLC provides the "Fiable List" and all auditing services
on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of candidate
data or the final performance of any candidate hired.
• NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP: BizIntegral LLC is a verification bridge
only. We are not an employer, headhunter, or party to any final employment contracts.
• TOTAL EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by U.S.
law, BizIntegral LLC shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential
damages or losses, including financial losses, business interruptions, or claims resulting
from the $19.99 activation fee.
• LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount
paid by you to us in the last 12 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (18+ & PAYMENTS)

• ELIGIBILITY: This Website is strictly for users eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Use by minors is unauthorized.
• INVESTOR PAYMENTS: Official billing for large-scale "Placement & Governance
Fees" will be conducted via PayPal Business Invoices or Wire Transfer. All fees are
quoted in USD and are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
• MERIT-BASED SYSTEM: Any attempt to use "Shadow Hierarchies" or political
interference results in a permanent ban.
• MANDATORY ARBITRATION: All disputes must be settled through binding
arbitration in the United States. You waive your right to a trial by jury.

• PROHIBITED CONDUCT: Users may not use this site for fraud, money laundering, or
misrepresentation of credentials.
• ANTI-CORRUPTION: All users must comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt
Practices Act (FCPA). We prohibit any form of bribery or solicitation of non-public

• AUDIT INTEGRITY: Falsified diplomas or resumes will result in immediate removal
from the platform without a refund.

• CANDIDATE ANONYMITY: To protect privacy, candidates on the "Fiable List" are
identified only by a Candidate ID. Full profiles are released only to verified investors.
• USER RIGHTS: You may request the deletion of your account and data at any time by
contacting us at the email below.
